Customer Care Statement

Nowadays it is known that vibrations are not only unpleasant for the operator, but in the long term may cause vascular problems.

Although we constantly strive to supply tools with lower vibration levels, very often these vibration levels are aggravated by factors beyond our control, such as: Poor maintenance, pirate components, unbalanced grinding wheels etc.

For the above reasons, we are unable to guarantee that the use of any tool supplied by us will never cause vascular problems. And, we recommend that (even though the tools we supply may fall within the parameters of the current HSE regulations) you still need to monitor your workforce accordingly.

Please also note that the vibration levels that we supply or have supplied previously are based on the manufacture specifications.
